Pat Olmert has been serving real estate agents, their clients, as well as his previous clients and referrals needs as a mortgage broker since June 1991 in Wake, Durham, Orange, Warren, Vance and Mecklenburg Counties (Virginia and NC). He concentrates on relationships with the real estate agent because he believes that the real estate agents are the primary force behind our incredible real estate market. He has recently been the recipient of First Financial Services, Inc. President’s Club Award for 2006 and 2005. He graduated from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill in 1990 and was a goalie for the men’s lacrosse team from 1986-1989 where he won a NCAA National Championship in 1986. Currently he serves as goalie coach for UNC’s lacrosse team. He married his college sweet heart and they reside on Kerr Lake with their daughter and twin boys. Pat has also general contracted the construction of 2 homes and his main hobbies are water skiing, horseback riding and horticulture.
