Address: 514 South Stratford Road, Suite 414 From: East Arrive in Winston-Salem on Business I-40. Go through downtown W-S past Baptist Hospital and go past STRATFORD ROAD exit. The next exit (#3) is KNOLLWOOD STREET. Top of ramp turn LEFT at stoplight and go back over Business I-40. You will go through two more stoplights. STRATFORD OAKS building is now on your RIGHT. Turn RIGHT at the ALLEN TATE sign and driveway. You can park in the back or front of building. Take elevator up to fourth floor to SUITE 414.
From: West or NEW I-40 through W-S On new I-40 go past Hanes Mall and Stratford Road (exit 189). Just past Stratford Road stay RIGHT and look for WINSTON-SALEM Business I-40. Take Business I-40 Ramp to the RIGHT. Go past Silas Creek Exit (#2) to the next Exit (3A) KNOLLWOOD STREET. Top of ramp turn Right at stoplight.  At the next stoplight you can see STRATFORD OAKS building on your RIGHT. Turn RIGHT at the ALLEN TATE sign and driveway. You can park in the back or front of building. Take elevator up to fourth floor to SUITE 414. |
